The Challenge
The 4 Eleven is a mixed use space, that was still under construction when they contacted us for help with social media. They had just under 500 followers on Instagram when we started. They wanted us to completely manage their social media and increase the overall reach, engagement, and awareness of their brand on both Facebook and Instagram.
They were also looking to increase the number of wedding venue bookings and wanted to explore some lead generation opportunities.

What We Did
We put together a full scale social media marketing strategy for Facebook and Instagram. This included posting, content curation, caption writing, competitor research, hashtag research, and follower growth techniques.
We also created and managed a Facebook Ad Campaign to bring in leads for the wedding venue.
What We Achieved
- Increased Instagram followers from under 500 to over 5,500+ in just 7 months and up to 10,000 overall.
- Achieved an average engagement rate of 5.1% per post on Instagram (around 3x the industry average)
- Increased the overall impressions, reach, and engagement on both Facebook and Instagram
- Achieved 42 leads and multiple venue bookings with just $335 of ad spend through a single Facebook Ad Campaign.
